The Winning Group announced the unification of its construction companies under the new Winning PS brand on January 29, 2020 as of February 1, 2020.
Following the successful acquisitions of the construction companies KALÁB – stavební firma and PMK Drill, which took place last year, together with PAMSTAV, the construction holding Winning PS was established with a total annual turnover of over CZK 1.1 billion.
“As our construction companies work more and more together, the single name is a logical consequence. Despite the use of a single brand for all of our construction production activities, we expect even greater business and manufacturing synergies, ”says Sebastian Wagner, Chairman of the Winning Group a.s.
As part of the unification, the names of the individual companies of the construction holding will change on 1 February 2020:
- The company KALÁB – stavební firma, s.r.o. with an annual turnover of CZK 500 million and a 25-year tradition on the Czech market will be renamed Winning PS – stavební firma s.r.o.
- PAMSTAV s.r.o. with an annual turnover of CZK 400 million and its specialization in reinforced concrete monolithic structures will be renamed Winning PS – Pamstav s.r.o.
- PMK Drill s.r.o. with an annual turnover of CZK 200 million and specializing in special foundation engineering will change its name to Winning PS – PMK Drill s.r.o.
All companies will remain separate functioning units, no merger.
