The portfolio transformation became a reality in 2024. Following the restructuring of part of the Automotive segment and the sale of Winning CoFo and Winning Plastics, the Group strengthened its capital base and expanded its activities with new pillars – Winning Properties, Winning Vital, and Winning Leisure & Services. As a result, Winning Group has become a key player not only in industrial real estate but also in sectors with long-term growing demand, such as fresh food and leisure services. Despite challenging market conditions, the Group maintained strong performance: revenue of CZK 6.4 billion, EBITDA of CZK 500 million, and net profit of CZK 200 million. The Construction segment confirmed its leading position by delivering projects such as the new pavilion of Olomouc Hospital and BiopharmaHub, once again demonstrating high resilience to market fluctuations.
